The Kneading Spirit - Massage by Storm 

Dear Guests,

 

For your safety and mine, these new guidelines are effective immediately for massage.

 

• A Covid-19 liability release form and Intake Form must be completed before your appointment.  These can be emailed to you, printed out and brought with you to your appointment.

 

• Payments must be made prior to or upon arrival via Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and Apple Pay.  PayPal may be used, with a small fee.

 

• Upon arrival (at your specified time) please enter and go to the restroom.  You may disrobe in the restroom and keep all personal items in the bag provided.  Please take a hot shower with soap and water.  A towel will be waiting for you.  When ready, please enter the massage room.  Leave the towel on the back of the door and get on the table. 

 

• When your session has ended, please take your towel and return to the restroom to shower (if you wish) and get dressed.  Collect your items and I will meet you in the entry foyer. 

 

• Therapist will wear a mask throughout your visit.

 

• Please feel free to bring a gym bag with anything you may need for your visit (including water). 

 

• Don’t hesitate to pose any questions or concerns via phone, email or text prior to your session.  Conversation will be limited during your session.

 

I have modified my cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility. I hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, I understand and request for you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations at this time.
